Bonjour, also known as zero-configuration networking, enables automatic discovery of computers, devices, and services on IP networks. Bonjour uses industry standard IP protocols to allow devices to automatically discover each other without the need to enter IP addresses or configure DNS servers.
If you’ve installed software by Apple such as iTunes, software by Adobe such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop CS2, Dreamweaver CS3 the chances are there’s already a Bonjour folder in your Program Files. This service starts automatically and runs a process named mDNSResponder.exe which cannot be ended by Windows Task Manager. If you do not want Bonjour to be in your computer and want to uninstall it, sometimes you can’t find any uninstaller for it! Even if you go to Control Panel’s Add or Remove Program, you can’t find the uninstaller there as well.
Here’s how to safely uninstall and remove the Bonjour service and files (mDNSResponder.exe and mdnsNSP.dll). Just follow the few simple steps below to remove Bonjour from your computer.
NOTE: Make sure you have administrator privileges before executing these commands. You might have to delete the quotes and input them manually, because WordPress.com is outputting them as smart quotes.
Go to [Start > Run] and type the following command and hit OK. code:
"C:\Program Files\Bonjour\mDNSResponder.exe" –remove
Go to [Start > Run] again and type the following command and hit OK. code:
regsvr32 /u “C:\Program Files\Bonjour\mdnsNSP.dll”
After you restart, you can safely delete the Bonjour folder without errors.

Quelle plaie ces programmes de merde qui s'installent dans le dos ... grrr ...
Effectivement dans mon cas Photoshop CS3 doit être le coupable... mais bon ça m'a fait tout drôle de voir un service au nom complètement exotique débarquer sans prévenir (je ne l'ai pas noté mais ça faisait clairement penser à un virus (genre #B.{10684AF-1EB54} qqch comme ça...)
Bref, comme indiqué dans l'article, il n'y a effectivement pas de désinstalleur... et aucune doc biensûr...
Donc voilà, si ça peut vous servir.

Une toute autre solution (testée à l'instant) consiste à installer dans un premier temps volontairement le programme (depuis le lien apple), par dessus celui déjà existant donc.
De cette façon, une entrée apparait dans ajout/suppression de programme. Il est alors possible de le désinstaller "proprement" via cette dernière option.
Je vous conseille néanmoins d'utiliser un vrai désinstaller (j'utilise toujours <a href="http://www.revouninstaller.com/">Revo Uninstaller</a> qui est à la fois gratuit et parfait pour cette tâche). Ce dernier parcourera la base de registre et votre système de fichier pour supprimer les dernières traces (et il y en a quelques unes  )
